Perfect Burger

For Onion toppings:
Add oil to the pan
Add the sliced onions
Allow them to sauté for a while.
For patties:
- Add Mexican hot sauce to the shredded meat
- Put in the garlic
- Add black pepper powder
- Put in the egg
- Add bread crumbs slowly so that everything comes together
- Mix the ingredients well
- Tip: to make the whole thing crispier add more bread crumbs
- Take some oil on the palm
- Rub the palms together so that the oil does not feel sticky
- Pinch a portion out of the mixture
- Shape the whole thing into a round patty
- Tip: coat the patties in bread crumbs for better texture
- Place the patties on a frying pan
- Allow them to fry for 1 or 2 minutes on each side
- Flip the patties till they are fully fried
For garnishing:
- Add the meat balls on top of tomatoes
- Add some tomato ketchup on top
- Add in the fried onions
- Close each burger with a sliced tomato
