Namak Ajwain Paratha
A simple twist to your same old paratha, this can easily become your new breakfast favourite.
1. Take small portions of the wheat flour dough and roll it out.
2. Spread a little oil, ajwain, salt, chilli powder.
3. Fold it like a fan and roll it out.
4. Place it on a hot pan and cook well on both sides.
5. Serve hot.
