Mayonnaise With Free Range Egg White

Procedure:
- Pour egg white into a bowl
- Add the vinegar
- Add the pepper
- Add some salt
- Whisk the ingredients well
- Add oil to the mixture
- Tip: Egg white is used because it is lean in protein, low in calorie and contains no fat
- Keep whisking the ingredients and keep adding oil
- Continue whisking till the mixture turns thick and creamy
- Tip: You can add herbs, pepper, mustard or capers for added flavor
- The Mayonnaise is now ready to be bottled
