Masoor Sabzi
Healthy and delicious, in this video Archana shows us how to make Masoor bhaaji (Red Gram Curry).

- Heat 2 tbsp oil
- TIP: Always turn the gas to a low flame once the oil is heated
- Once the oil is heated, add 7-8 crushed garlic cloves
- Add 1/4 tsp hing (asafoetida), 1 tsp rai (mustard seeds) and 1/2 tsp haldi (turmeic powder)
- Now add 2 onions finely chopped
- Add 1 tomato finely chopped
- Mix and fry all these ingredients well together
- Once the onions and tomatoes soften, add chopped coriander, 1 tsp mix masala
- Add salt according to taste and soaked masoor (red gram)
- Add some water and mix well
- Let it cook under the steam for a few minutes
- Ready to serve
