Maharashtrian Zunka
You can make Zunka under 10 mins! A saviour when there is nothing in the pantry and you are dying of hunger.

1. Heat some oil in a pan.
2. Put the mustard seeds, asafoetida, coriander leaves and onions.
3. Once all this fried, put gram flour and cook.
4. Add salt and sprinkle some water and cover.
5. Serve hot with rice rotis.
