Prepare the dough and rest it for half an hour
In a mixture grind the moong dal
In another pan heat some oil, add in oil, cumin seeds, saunf, coriander powder, ginger, chopped green chilli, moong dal and mix it together.
Let it cook for 3-4 minutes
Add in garam masala, coriander leaves, salt and mix it again.
Add in the moong dal stuffing inside the dough and roll it out like a puri
Deep fry these kachori
Monng dal kachori is ready to serve.
