When it comes to Bengali appetizers, it is never complete without Kashundi a flavourful Bengali dip made of Mustard and Raw Mangoes. Try out Ananya's easy home-made recipe.

Method:

1. Peel and chop the mangoes.

2. Add in the chopped mango in a blender along with black mustard seeds, turmeric power, garlic, salt, sugar, mustard oil and green chillies.

3. Blend these together. Serve as a dip.
