How to Make Maanga Thokku

Mango thokku is an easy to make pickle mildly sweet, tangy and spicy. A best accompaniment for sambar rice, upmas, parathas and curd rice!! Satiate your love for pickles with the delicious recipe right from the Dakshin part of India!

In a heated pan, add in oil, mustard seeds, hing, turmeric and grated mangoes.

Mix well and add chilli powder and cook for a while.

Add in methi seed powder, mustard seed powder, salt and mix it.

It is ready to eat!
