How To Make Baingan Bharta
This week Roopa shows you an authentic coastal preparation of aubergine vangyache barit or baingan ka bharta as we all know it!
In a large bowl, mix in the flesh of the baingan, salt, onions, coconut, chilies and mix well.
Add in a little jaggery and tamrind paste. Mix it again.
Add coriander and mix well.
Serve.
