Hot and Fluffy Instant Bhatura for Your Winter Dinners
Making soft and delicious bhaturas at home isn't all that difficult, as Roopa Nabar will show in you in this Marathi recipe. Serve the fried Punjabi bhaturas with spicy and flavourful chole and enjoy a dhaba-style dinner on nippy winter evenings.
Mix flour, salt, sugar and baking soda in a bowl.
Add oil to this along with curd and water. Knead and keep aside for 30 mins.
Scoop out a bit of the dough and flatten it using a rolling pin. Add this to the heated oil.
The oil should be very hot before adding the puri.
Remove it on a plate and serve with chole.
