Herbed Potato Wedges

- Start with seasoning the potatoes
 - Put the potatoes in a baking tray, sprinkle salt, pepper powder, oregano and chilli flakes
 - Add a dash of Tabasco and Wooster sauce
 - A tbsp of olive oil
 - A tbsp of whole wheat flour for the coating
 - Toss them well, so each wedge is coated properly
 - Smash the garlic cloves and throw them in with the skin
 - Once the wedges are seasoned and coated well, put them in the oven preheated at 200°C for 10-15 minutes
 - Bake till the wedges are golden brown in color
 - Serve as an appraiser along with a dip
 - TIP: you could also use variations in terms of the seasoning, use fresh or dried herbs
