Healthy Oats & Kale Porridge
Dieting doesn't have to be a pain anymore! Try this healthy oats and kale porridge.
1. In a pan, add olive oil, leeks, ginger, garlic, kale leaves, green chilli, baby tomatoes & some salt and saute.
2. Take the pan off the heat and keep the salad aside.
3. Heat another pan and add the oats and water. Cook it for 6-7 minutes till the oats are ready.
4. Mix the salad & oats in a serving bowl.
5. Garnish with some chopped dill & baby tomatoes.
