Today, Amrita shows us how to make a healthy Cucumber and Feta Salad. She swears by it, and says that this Cucumber & Feta salad is her holy grail when it comes to weight loss.
Method:
1. Start by peeling and slicing the cucumber into 3 parts. Scoop all three pieces out from the middle and keep it aside.
2. In a bowl, mix in broken wheat, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, olives, parsley, cumin powder, lemon juice and salt.
3. Fill in the mixture inside the cucumber cavities and top it off with feta cheese.
