Healthy Chicken Salad

This is a quick, easy and a very healthy recipe for all those watching their weight.
Method:
1. In a large bowl, mix in cut cucumber, tomato, mixed herbs, salt, pepper, chilli sauce, spring onion and chicken shreads.
2. Mix this well.
3. Garnish and serve.
