Make Diwali Morning Special With Gur Pohe

Method:

1. Add a cup of poha/beaten rice in a big mixing bowl.

2. Pour in a glass of coconut water and then mix it with a spoon.

3. Let the poha soak the moisture properly.

4. Now put a cup of grated coconut and some grated jaggery.

5. Bind the ingredients together with the help of fingertips.

6. For flavour, add some cardamom powder, half a cup of melted ghee and mix it with a spoon for one final time.

7. Ready to Eat.
