Mother's Day Special: Green Chilli Pickle
Too bored to make an extravagant meal? Add a little spice to your dal-rice with this quick chilli pickle.
1. Begin by wahing and slitting the green chillies.
2. In a bowl, mix together mustard oil, mustard seeds, salt, lemon juice and turmeric.
3. Fill this mix in the green chillies and keep them aside.
4. Add mustard oil in a heated pan until very hot.
5. Pour this onto the chillies and store it away for about three days.
