Cauliflower dipped in batter and deep fried till they become crisp!

Method:

1. Take a mixing bowl, add gram flour, coriander leaves, salt, ginger-garlic paste and mix masala and mix it well.

2. Pour water and make it into a batter.

3. Add the cauliflower and mix it well in the batter.

4. Fry the cauliflower and serve it once it becomes crisp.
