Fusion Food: Veg Chipotle Rice
The perfect dish to whip up after a long day at work. Its filling, healthy, quick to make and is packed with a lot of flavour!
In a heated pan, add in oil, garlic, onions, tomatoes, basil, kidney beans, spices and mix well.
In another pan, add in oil, garlic, onions, capsicum, hot sauce, salt, pepper, basil and mix well.
Once everything is cooked, serve it together with rice and chopped lettuce.
