EID Special: Bhuna Ghost

Bhuna Gosht is a traditional Indian recipe made with lamb. It consists of pan fried meat with spices. The meat cooks in its own juices, which is what gives the deep flavour.
Method:
1. In a heated pan, add in oil along with all the whole spices and chopped onion. Mix and let it cook.
2. Add in the meat along with the ginger & garlic paste and mix again.
3. Pour in the tomato puree and let this cook for a while.
4. Add in the powdered spices and salt and mix well.
5. Garnish and serve.
