- Heat oil in a kadai
- Add a little bit of salt to the potatoes and mix them well
- Once the oil is hot, add the potato slices
- Fry the potatoes till they are golden brown in colour
- Potatoes would fry quickly when cut into thin slices
- Once the potatoes are fried crisp, add amchur powder and the green chillies
- Add the pudina powder
- Add some coriander powder and jeera powder
- Add the red chilli powder
- Add the coriander leaves
- Mix everything together
- Ready to serve!
