Carrot & Walnut Eggless Cake

Use a baking tray and grease it with butter and place the butter paper on to it

TIP: Excess of butter paper should hang from the side of the tray, to lift of the cake when done

Add the flour into a bowl

Add the brown sugar

Add the vanilla powder

Add the cinnamon powder

Add the baking soda

Add the baking powder

Whisk all the dry ingredients thoroughly

Keep them aside

Add the butter into a bigger bowl

Add the water

Add the grated carrots

Add the lemon juice

Mix well

TIP: One can replace water with milk

Add the dry ingredients

Add the walnuts

Blend in all the ingredients

TIP: Do not over mix the batter as it can make the cake tough

Pour the batter into the greased cake tin

Spread the batter evenly

Bake the batter into a pre heated oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 mins

Serve!
