Indian Missi Roti Recipe
Gram flour, as an ingredient, has a universal reach. In Italy, it is used to make Farinata. French use it to make Socca and in India, the same ingredient is used across a variety of recipes.

Method:
- To make the dough take bowl full of Besan.
- Then fill in the wheat flour along with chopped onions, green chillies, dry pomegranate seeds, dry mango powder, ajwain (carom seeds), salt and 2 tbsp of Oil and mix it up well.
- Add Water to assemble everything in the dough and knead the dough.
- To make the dough smooth use oil or wheat flour.
- Roll out the dough in form of rotis or thick parathas.
- Add a spoon of ghee and dust some flour over the rotis.
- Fold the dough from all sides into a square shape and dust it in flour again.
- Then roll it again.
- Cook it in a pan and tilt it after some time.
- Apply ghee or butter on the sides of the roti. Prick it from the sides and tilt it.
- Serve with Curds and Pickle.
