Bean and Cheese Rice

Learn to make a simple vegetarian rice meal using leftover rice, beans and some cheese. This is a great one dish meal that's packed with protein.

Add 2 tsp of oil to the wok

Add the bell peppers

Once the colour of the bell peppers brighten, add the onions

Add the cabbage

Add the boiled kidney beans

Add the red chilli and garlic paste

Add the tomato puree

Add the rice

Once you add the rice, lower the flame

Add salt

Add the spring onion leaves

Add grated cheese

Mix it well until the cheese melts

Ready to serve
