Baked Beetroot Samosa: A Guilt-Free Tiffin Recipe
Anything that's shaped like a samosa is bound to be delicious. Amrita Raichand cleverly sneaks in beetroot and sweet potato into this scrumptious samosa recipe that kids will definitely love. And who said samosas have to be deep-fried? These are baked in an oven, and still as satisfying!
Make a stiff dough with flour, ghee and beetroot puree.
In a pan, heat 1 teaspoon of oil, add cumin seeds and allow to crackle.
Add onion, sweet potato, chaat masala, salt and Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup.
Divide samosa dough into 3-4 balls. Make a rectangle and cut in half.
Place 1 teaspoon of the mixture in the centre and form samosa triangles.
Brush oil on the outside and bake in OTG for 15 mins at 180 °C until golden brown.
