Method:
1. In a large kadai add 3 spoons of butter
2. Add onions, cook till translucent
3. Add the garlic and chillis and saute
4. Now add the tomatoes
5. Cook till they become mushy
6. Add 2 cups of boiled black chana
7, Add salt as per taste
8. Garnish with lots of coriander and squeeze lemon juice.
