Paneer Kofta by Seema

Procedure:

  • Boil water
  • Add the onions
  • Add the green chillies
  • Add the tomatoes
  • Add 4 cardamoms
  • Let it boil and cook

Paneer Koftas

  • Heat the oil for frying
  • Mash the paneer
  • Add the potatoes
  • Add the corn flour
  • Add the coriander
  • Add salt
  • Add the cardamom powder
  • Add a little bread crumbs
  • Tip: Bread crumbs help to bind the paneer kaofta and prevent them from breaking while frying
  • Roll the paneer lightly in to small balls and fry
  • Strain the onion and tomato mixture
  • And grind the onion and tomato mixture till it’s a thick puree
  • And strain in a sieve once after
  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Add ginger garlic paste
  • Add the tomato puree
  • Add the coriander
  • Add salt
  • Add the red chilli
  • Add the jeera powder
  • Crush one kofta and add to the gravy
  • Add the fresh cream
  • Tip: Add fresh cream instead of cream if you like
  • Add the koftas
  • Serve hot
