Although the vada pav and samosa thelas near your workplace seem very enticing, summer is not the time to indulge in all these deep-fried delights. Light, easy and nutritious food is what summer calls for and that's exactly what you should be eating.
So, instead of choosing something unhealthy at work, carry with you an easy, refreshing salad jar that will certainly make all your co-workers want some.
