Event Alert: Make Traditional Treats At IFN & APB Cook Studio's The Jolly Good Christmas Cook-Up
India Food Network and APB Cook Studio are back with their Christmas Edition of Community Cook-Ups.
Community Cook-Ups is a series of workshops curated by Rushina Munshaw Ghildiyal and India Food Network to celebrate food traditions across communities during festivals.
This Christmas, learn to make traditional treats like guava cheese, kulkul and marzipan with Craft Deli's culinary director and chef Paul Kinny. Also enjoy live a cocktail demo with Tanai Shirali and learn the secrets to make a good eggnog and mulled wine sangria.
Our third edition of Community Cook-Ups is all about celebrating the spirit of Christmas with east Indian specialities. A community that claims to be one of the original inhabitants of Mumbai, prepare these treats with their own version of the recipe.
So, what are you waiting for? Put your Santa caps and join in the fun!
