MasterChef pop-up menu at NRI BKC: MasterChef India winners Kirti Bhoutika and Ashima Arora have curated a pop-up menu under the guidance of twice-Michelin starred chef Atul Kochhar. The collaborative menu is a six course meal comprising Malay Indian curried noodle soup, Shrimp Lumpia - Indonesian fresh rice paper rolls, Fish and Chips Doughnut and Butter Bean and Quinoa Khichdi - Quinoa and lentil stew served with pickled Turmeric, a beetroot Sago fritter among other things. It also features the winning dish of MasterChef India - Chana Gosht - Australian lamb chops with chickpeas and curried Jus and Orange and Fennel Bhapa Doi. The menu will be served until March 16.
