1 cup milk

Method

Start by soaking in the chia seeds in the milk for a few hours (for better results) or a minimum of about an hour. Once the seeds have absorbed most of the milk, add in the honey and mix well. Top it off with fruits or nuts and enjoy a delicious healthy bowl of chia seed pudding.
