"Indian food is finding its moment," says Mohit Balachandran aka Chowder Singh, who is the brand head of Soda Bottle Openerwala, a Bombay Irani Cafe & Bar. After a very interesting chat with some of the names behind restaurants serving regional food outside their home state, this was a big takeaway indeed.

This week's edition of Adda with Kalyan saw Rajeev Neogi of Kolkata's popular Bengali restaurant, Bhojohori Manna, Exec Chef Ravitej Nath of The Oberoi, Gurgaon, Mohit Balachandran aka 'Chowder Singh' of Soda Bottle Openerwala, Gurgaon (Delhi, Bangalore & Hyderabad) and Srividya Mehta of Gonguura, Mumbai's newest Telugu restaurant.
