7 Chefs To Cook 7 Dishes For A Cause
This is no ordinary dinner. There are seven chefs and seven courses of food to be enjoyed in this unique meal designed by Food With Benefits. Hosted at chef Atul Kochhar's restaurant, NRI in BKC Mumbai, the proceeds of the dinner will be donated to Tata Medical Centre in Kolkata.
Food With Benefits is a culinary fundraiser initiative that partners with distinguished chefs to cook for a cause. This time around, FWB will be working towards raising funds for a not-for-profit Kolkata-based cancer specialty hospital with a focus on treating underprivileged patients.

The participating chefs for tomorrow's sit-down meal are Atul Kochhar (NRI & Lima, Mumbai), Dhwani Agarwal (Masala Library, Mumbai), Himanshu Saini (Tresind, Dubai), Mukhtar Qureshi (Neel Restaurant, Mumbai), Paul Kinny (Bellona Hospitality, Mumbai), Ranveer Brar (TAG Gourmart Kitchen, Mumbai) and Sujan Sarkar (Olive Qutub, Delhi).

There will be Indian as well as international dishes comprising south Indian, east Indian, Hyderabadi, Rampuri food of Uttar Pradesh, fusion desserts and even Fijian.
