1st November is celebrated as World Vegan Day. So, if you are one among my fellow vegans, or someone that loves trying out new recipes, we bring to you a list of five, 100% vegan recipes. No more relying on store-bought, processed, ready-to-eat meals. Go on then, cook up a storm.
Vegan gajar halwa
If you miss the rich, dairy-based desserts, we have a surprise for you. You can now enjoy gajar ka halwa to your heart's content , because our vegan recipe does not include milk, mava or ghee.
Vegan pesto pasta
Even though you chose the vegan life, there is no reason for you to miss out on all the wonderful food that normally includes dairy. You can try our healthy and vegan pesto pasta, but be warned, the dish might end up becoming your comfort food soon.
