Discover Foo’s New Blacklist Cocktails: A Journey Through Japanese Art and Tradition

Foo has launched the third volume of their Blacklist Menu titled Art of Japan, featuring 7 cocktails inspired by Japanese art, calligraphy, and tea ceremonies available in Mumbai and Bengaluru outlets.
Hanko
It is inspired by the traditional Japanese stamp, featuring Sesame Oil Fat-Washed Patrón Reposado, Gari Cordial, Umeshu, and House Umami Bitters.
Shodo
Inspired by Japanese calligraphy, blending Toasted Rice Whisky, Sakura Liqueur, Toasted Rice Syrup, Lemon Juice, and Egg White.
Chadō
Reflecting the Japanese tea ceremony, served in a teapot with Havana Club Rum, Matcha Green Tea Powder, Yuzu Juice, and Vanilla.
Kanagawa
Inspired by Hokusai's "Great Wave off Kanagawa," featuring Blue Pea Mezcal, Citrus Curacao, Floral Liqueur, and Vegan Foamer.
Kōgei
A tribute to Japanese craftsmanship, made with Peanut Butter-Washed Whisky, Strawberry & Jalapeño Pickle, Carrot Cordial, and Ginger Ale.
Ikebana
Inspired by Japan’s flower arrangement art, featuring Beefeater Pink Gin, Sencha Rested Sake, and an edible flower garnish.
Daifuku
Based on the traditional Japanese glutinous rice dessert, combining Absolut Vodka, Red Bean Paste, Cinnamon, Miso, and Vanilla.
