Wheat Pasta in Pumpkin Sauce

Ingredients

  1. Peeled and chopped pumpkin: 1 cup
  2. Chopped red pepper: ½ cup
  3. Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 tablespoons
  4. Garlic chopped: 1 teaspoon
  5. Chopped zucchini: 2 tablespoons
  6. Baby corn: 2 tablespoons
  7. Chopped carrots: 2 tablespoons
  8. Milk: ½ cup
  9. Oil: 2 tablespoons
  10. Cooked Pasta: 1 cup
  11. Salt and pepper to taste
  12. Basil and oregano for garnishing

Method of Preparation

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, zucchini, baby corn and carrots. Sprinkle salt to taste and toss it well
  2. Add pumpkin purée, milk and Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup. Simmer until cooked
  3. Add in cooked pasta, salt and pepper. Toss it well
  4. Garnish it with basil and oregano
  5. Tiffin sides:
  6. Kiwi (you can use whatever fruit you prefer) and dry fruits
