Vermicelli Nugget Wok Fried

The classic Soya Nuggets just got a revamp! Get ready to surprise your child with these delicious Vermicelli Nuggets. Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup adds a beautiful colour to the nuggets and makes the dish very tasty!

  1. Boiled vermicelli: 250 grams
  2. Boiled soya nuggets (medium-sized): 1 cup
  3. Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 - 3 tablespoons
  4. Grated ginger: 1 teaspoon
  5. Finely chopped garlic: 2 cloves
  6. Chopped spring onion: 3 tablespoons
  7. Grated carrot: 2 tablespoons
  8. Diced red bell peppers: 1 tablespoon
  9. Diced yellow bell peppers: 1 tablespoon
  10. Oil: 1 tablespoon
  11. Salt to taste

Method of Preparation

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic. Saute it for a minute
  2. Add red and yellow bell peppers, carrot and Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup to the mixture
  3. Now add spring onion, boiled vermicelli and soya nuggets. Mix it properly and season with salt.
