Quick Soya Yakhni pulao

Ingredients

  1. Sliced onions: 2
  2. Black big cardamom: 1
  3. Green cardamom: 2
  4. Black pepper: 1 teaspoon
  5. Cinnamon stick: 2
  6. Ginger-garlic paste: 1 teaspoon
  7. Curd: ½ cup
  8. Coriander powder: 1 tablespoon
  9. Garam masala: 1 tablespoon
  10. Soya beans chunks: 1 cup
  11. Kissan Sweet & Spicy Sauce: 2 tablespoons
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Red chilli powder: 1 teaspoon
  14. Baby Corn: ½ cup
  15. Green Peas: ½ cup
  16. Oil: 1 tablespoon
  17. Water as required

Method of Preparation

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add in the whole spices and stir fry it
  2. Add sliced onions and sprinkle salt to taste. Saute until onions turn translucent
  3. Add ginger garlic paste, powdered spices and stir fry it
  4. Add chopped veggies, soya beans and curd
  5. Flavour the veggies with Kissan Sweet & Spicy Sauce
  6. Add rice and salt to taste. Mix it well
  7. Add water and simmer till cooked
  8. Tiffin sides
  9. Cashew nuts and grapes (you can use whatever fruit you prefer)
