Potato and Paneer Bread Cigars

Satisfy your child’s hunger pangs with these yummy Paneer Potato Rolls served in an all new avatar. Pour in some Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup to give the dish a refreshing tomato flavour and keep the roll nice and moist until lunch time.

Ingredients

  1. Boiled and mashed potato: 1
  2. Grated paneer: ½ cup
  3. Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 tablespoons
  4. Multigrain bread: 4
  5. Red chilli powder: 1 teaspoon
  6. Garam masala: 1 teaspoon
  7. Oil: 1 tablespoon
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Chopped garlic: 2 cloves
  10. Finely chopped onion: 1 cup
  11. Finely chopped bell peppers: 2 tablespoons
  12. Chopped green beans: 2 tablespoons

Method of Preparation

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and onion. Saute it well
  2. Add chopped vegetables and Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup in the mixture
  3. Now add paneer, boiled potato, powdered spices and salt to the mix
  4. Take a bread slice, trim the edges off and flatten it more with the help of a rolling pin
  5. Place the prepared filling at the centre of the bread, roll them tightly
  6. Heat oil in a pan and sear the prepared rolls till brown on each side.
