Paneer Shawarma Wrap

  1. Whole wheat roti: 2
  2. Diced paneer: 100 grams
  3. Dried oregano powder: 1 teaspoon
  4. Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 tablespoons
  5. Cumin powder: 1 teaspoon
  6. Finely chopped garlic: 2 cloves
  7. Chopped spring onions: 3 tablespoons
  8. Sliced onion: 2 tablespoons
  9. Julienned carrot: 2 tablespoons
  10. Julienned red bell peppers: 2 tablespoons
  11. Julienned yellow bell peppers: 2 tablespoons
  12. Oil: 1 tablespoon
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Mayonnaise: 2 teaspoons each
  15. Black pepper powder: A pinch
  16. Cardamom powder: 1 teaspoon

Method of Preparation

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and saute it for a few minutes
  2. Now add onions, carrot, bell peppers and season with powdered spices. Add Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup to the mixture.
  3. Next, add paneer and spring onions. Mix it properly
  4. Take a whole wheat roti, place the paneer and bell pepper mixture at the centre. Top with mayonnaise and garnish with spring onions. Then wrap it up
  5. It’s now ready to go in the tiffin box.
