Orange Soya Tofu With Fried Rice

Today’s tiffin recipe is an exotic Orange Soya Tofu preparation made with Kissan Sweet and Spicy Sauce and Kissan Orange Blast Jam. Celery, bell peppers and protein rich tofu is sautéed and coated in soya sauce infused with Kissan Orange Blast Jam along with Kissan Sweet and Spicy Sauce. This delectable mix is served with fried rice for a wholesome and complete tiffin meal.

Ingredients

  1. Soy sauce: 1 teaspoon
  2. Black pepper: 1 teaspoon
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Kissan Orange Blast Jam: 1 tablespoon
  5. Kissan Sweet & Spicy Sauce: 2 tablespoons
  6. Oil: 2 tablespoons
  7. Garlic paste: 1 teaspoon
  8. Ginger paste: ½ inch
  9. Finely chopped celery: 1 teaspoon
  10. Onion: ¼ cup
  11. Bell Pepper: ¼ cup
  12. Tofu: 1 cup
  13. Spring onion: 3 tablespoons
  14. Sesame seeds: 2 teaspoons
  15. Fried rice to serve.

Method of Preparation

  1. For the sauce:
  2. -In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, Kissan Sweet & Spicy Sauce, Kissan Orange Blast Jam, black pepper and salt. Whisk it together and keep it aside.
  3. -Heat oil in a pan, add celery, ginger and garlic. Saute it well
  4. -Add onion and bell peppers to the pan and cook it on high flame for a smoky flavour
  5. -Add tofu and toss it with the mixture.
  6. -Add the sauce into the pan and coat it evenly with tofu mixture.
  7. -Finish it with sesame seeds and spring onions.
  8. -Serve the tofu mixture with fried rice.
  9. Tiffin Siders:
  10. Serve with khakhra and papaya: (any fruit as per your choice).
