Mix Veggie Handvo

We have the perfect tiffin recipe for all you health conscious parents out there with our Mix Veggie Handvo with Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup. This dish has the combined nutrients of pumpkin, carrot, peas and beans melded with the savoury flavour of Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup which is sure to have your little ones asking for more.

  1. Pre - made dosa batter: 1 ½ cup
  2. Besan: ¼ cup
  3. Rice flour: 2 tablespoons
  4. Yogurt: ¼ cup
  5. Garlic and green chilli paste: 1 tablespoon
  6. Mix vegetable (pumpkin, carrot, peas, beans): 1 cup
  7. Sugar: ½ teaspoon
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 tablespoons
  10. Mustard seeds: ½ teaspoon
  11. Cumin seeds: ½ teaspoon
  12. Sesame: 1 teaspoon
  13. Dry red chilli: 2
  14. Curry leaves: 8
  15. Hing: ¼ teaspoon
  16. Oil: 2 tablespoons
  17. Fruit salt: 1 ½ teaspoons

Method of Preparation

  1. -Take a mixing bowl, combine dosa batter, besan, rice flour, yogurt, Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup, salt , sugar, mix veggies, garlic chilli paste in a bowl. Lastly, add fruit salt and whisk the batter mixture together.
  2. -In a small bowl, add mustard, cumin, sesame,dry red chilli, curry leaves, and hing for tempering.
  3. -Grease paniyaram pan and add teaspoon of tempering mixture into it.
  4. -Take a spoonful of batter and add into the paniyaram mould.
  5. -Cover it with a lid and let it cook it for 2 - 3 minutes.
  6. Tiffin Siders:
  7. Serve with chikki and watermelon: (or any other fruit as per your choice).
