Jowar, Rice and Tomato Crackers

Baked Jowar, Rice and Tomato Crackers made with Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup are just what your kids need for a tiffin time energizer. Made out of vitamin rich multigrain flour infused with the tangy flavour of Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup these delectable crackers are baked with crunchy sesame seeds to give your child a healthy and complete tiffin lunch.

Ingredients

  1. Water: 1 cup
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Ghee: ½ teaspoon
  4. Sesame seeds: 2 tablespoons
  5. Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 1 tablespoon
  6. Jowar flour: ½ cup
  7. Rice flour: ½ cup

Method of Preparation

  1. -Heat water in a pan.
  2. -Add salt, ghee and heat water to a gentle simmer.
  3. -Add sesame seeds and Kissan Fresh tomato ketchup to the water.
  4. -Add in the Jowar and Rice flour in the water, mix and turn off heat.
  5. -Transfer the dough to a mixing bowl and allow it to cool.
  6. -Once the mixture cools down. Grease your palm with oil and knead the mixture into a dough.
  7. -Shape the dough into small round balls and flatten them.
  8. -Slice the flattened dough into a square or any shape cracker of your liking.
  9. -Place the cracker on the baking sheet and prick them with a fork.
  10. -Bake it in the oven for 10 to 12 min. Allow to cool.
  11. -Your crackers are now ready to serve.
  12. Tiffin siders:
  13. Serve with rajgira ladoo and sprouts.
