Cheese And Corn Frankie

Cheese & Corn Frankie is an exciting recipe that is super easy and super tasty! Cheese and corn is a yummy combination and Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup adds a refreshing twist to the recipe, making the wraps a delicious treat for your child’s tiffin.

Ingredients

  1. Leftover/fresh rotis: 2
  2. Corn kernels: 1 cup
  3. Grated carrot: 1 cup
  4. Sliced capsicum: 1 cup
  5. Grated cabbage: 1 cup
  6. Sliced onion: 1
  7. Grated cheese: 25 grams
  8. Ginger garlic paste: 1 teaspoon
  9. Chilli powder: 1 teaspoon
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Hung curd: 1 tablespoon
  12. Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 tablespoons
  13. Oil: 2 teaspoons

Method of Preparation

  1. In a pan heat oil and add onions to it. Fry till cooked .
  2. Add capsicum, carrots, cabbage and corn. Cook till done.
  3. Add grated cheese, Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup and spices. Cook till cheese is melted.
  4. On a chapati apply hung curd and add the prepared filling. Roll and pack into the tiffin.
