Baked Lentil Nuggets

Ingredients

  1. Dried red lentils:150 grams
  2. Breadcrumbs: 2 tablespoons
  3. Grated carrot: 1 medium
  4. Grated zucchini: 1 small
  5. Peas and corn: 2 tablespoons
  6. Salt and pepper to taste
  7. Grated cheddar: 2 tablespoons (40 grams)
  8. Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 tablespoons

Method of Preparation

  1. Drain soaked lentils
  2. Put all ingredients except cheese together in a blender and blend
  3. Transfer the mixture in a glass bowl
  4. Add Cheese and mix it well
  5. Shape the mixture into cakes
  6. Coat the cakes in breadcrumbs
  7. Place them in baking parchment
  8. Bake at 180 °C for 15 minutes
  9. Serve it into your kid's tiffin box
  10. Tiffin Sides
  11. Pomegranate (you can use whatever fruit you prefer) and bread
