Honestly, we don’t know when he sleeps. Between his restaurant, his TV shows, his cookbook, his travels and the time he cooked for Nelson Mandela, Chef Vicky shouldn’t have a minute to spare. But, he’s made time to share some delicious tiffin recipes.
My favourite tiffin memory is eating Aloo Tomato Cheese Toast in my dabba. My daughter loves steamed corn on the cob, especially when it is tossed with olive oil, tomato ketchup and lemon juice. It is tasty and nourishing as well.
