Sometimes the old ways are the best. That’s why Saee finds her inspiration in traditional food. She also conducts culinary training in baking and excels with Maharashtrian cuisine. She’s the perfect, wholesome addition to our tiffin team!
 
 
My fondest memory is when my mother was away for a few days, my great-grandmother brought me a tiffin for the break between school and dance class. She would pack it elaborately in pretty napkins and baskets so it felt like a picnic! It was also packed in courses - a "main" included something filling like sandwiches or tikkis, followed by a jar of warm Bournvita and then stylishly cut fruit for dessert. My kids seem to enjoy the "pretend junk" stuff I give them like pizzas made from scratch at home, chicken rolls, noodle wraps etc. I think it has something to do with the fact that they're fun and it also earns them some brownie points when they’re shared
