Rashmi is all about flavours! As a mother of two, she knows exactly what it takes to get children excited about their lunch breaks and she’s going to share her unique recipes with you, so that every tiffin is tastier than the last!
 
I still have fond memories of our 'tuck' time - we kept all the snacks we got from home in a tuck tin and every evening between 4:00 and 4:30 PM we got our tuck tins out and ate with our friends. My nine-year old daughter, Myeisha has declared her favourites in her tiffin dishes as spring rolls, burritos and chinese fried rice whereas Neil, my seven-year old prefers pasta in a tomatoey-cheese sauce with olives and sushi as his all-time tiffin favourite.
