When it comes to food, Chef Pallavi is at the top of her class! She holds a culinary diploma from the prestigious ICIF in Italy and has also been trained at the Grand Hyatt in Mumbai. Currently, she works as a food columnist for the Times of Oman and is a consultant chef with a leading restaurant group in Muscat. She’s taken time out from her globetrotting schedule to help you create some delicious and healthy tiffin recipes
My fondest food memory is taking Masala dosas made by my mom. My friends' eyes used to be on my Tiffin box. Everyone used to share it equally, some times she used to give extra to share with friends. I also used to love Azwain Ki poori, nimbu ka achaar, pyaz ka paratha and aaloo bhujia. Now I often prepare tiffin for my nephew and niece as we stay in joint family and they love my mac n cheese in Alfredo sauce and potato cheese rosti.
