Veggie Paneer Croquettes

  1. Whole wheat/Atta bread slices: 5
  2. Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 tablespoons
  3. Paneer: 50 grams
  4. Grated cheese: 1 ½ tablespoon ( 22-25 grams)
  5. Red chilli powder: 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Chaat masala: 1 teaspoon
  7. Garam masala: 1 teaspoon
  8. Oil: 2 - 3 tablespoons
  9. Finely chopped carrot: 2 tablespoons
  10. Finely chopped capsicum: 2 tablespoons
  11. Finely chopped beans: 2 tablespoons

Method of Preparation

  1. Trim the edges of bread slices.
  2. Take a bowl, add bread, paneer, grated cheese, chopped carrot, capsicum, beans and mash it well together.
  3. Now add red chili powder, chaat masala, garam masala. Mix well.
  4. Then add Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup and mix it well.
  5. Divide the prepared croquette mixture into lemon sized pieces and shape them into small sausages (or croquettes)
  6. Heat oil in a pan and add the croquettes, shallow fry till golden brown (Please dab on a kitchen roll until all croquettes are dry)
