Tandoori Cauliflower

As soon as your child tastes these cauliflower florets marinated in tandoori spices, they will definitely binge on it without a tantrum. It’s deliciously crispy on the outside and wonderfully tender on the inside. Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup acts as a marinade for the dish and transforms the taste of sober veggies into something really exciting!

Ingredients

  1. Cauliflower: 1 cup
  2. Hung curd: 2 tablespoons
  3. Gram flour: 1 tablespoon
  4. Kasoori methi: 1 teaspoon
  5. Kashmiri red chilli powder: 1 teaspoon
  6. Coriander powder: 1 teaspoon
  7. Garam masala powder: 1 teaspoon
  8. Jeera powder: ½ teaspoon
  9. Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 tablespoons
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Oil: 2-3 teaspoons

Method of Preparation

  1. Marinade the cauliflower with the above-mentioned ingredients and keep aside for 15 minutes
  2. Heat oil in a pan, place the marinated cauliflower and cook until the edges start to become brown
  3. Cover with lid and allow it to cook for few minutes
  4. Serve this crispy marinated cauliflower in your child's tiffin.
